New Governing Board Agenda Platform

The Coachella Valley Unified School District is transitioning from BoardDocs to GAMUT for Governing Board meeting agendas and supporting documents.

The first Governing Board of Education meeting for the 2026–2027 school-year will be on July 23rd, 2026 at 5:30p.m. Board agendas and supporting documents will be available on the platform GAMUT. The agenda for this meeting will be available for public viewing on July 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.

BoardDocs will remain available during the transition for access to previous Board meeting agendas.

Heat Safety Reminder (7/14/26-7/17/26)

CVUSD is committed to the health and safety of our students, staff, and families. With triple-digit temperatures expected from July 14, 2026 through July 17, 2026, we encourage everyone to take extra precautions during periods of excessive heat.

Please remember these important heat-safety practices:

• Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you are not thirsty.
• Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing and hats when outdoors.
• Use shaded or indoor areas whenever possible.
