Culture & Climate Committee

The CVUSD School Board, under Board Policy 9130, has established the Climate and Culture Committee to prioritize a district-wide effort that fosters positive school and office environments, while centering on the academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional needs of our students.

The goal of the District is to integrate and align several resources, including the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports, Restorative Practices, and Social-Emotional Learning to provide our schools with the supports they need to address every student's academic, behavioral and social-emotional wellness through a continuum of supports that are universally designed and differentiated to meet the needs of the whole child.
