Welcome to the Coachella Valley Unified School District's Testing and Assessment department Web page. Our goal is to provide students, parents/guardians, and staff with the necessary resources to ensure a successful year of testing.
We are committed to improving and increasing our district's accountability score through the various collaborations between the elementary and secondary education, special education and English Language Learner Services department. We are focused on improving outcomes for three areas of school districts: student achievement, educator effectiveness and operational efficiency
The California Department of Education (CDE) mandates annual academic testing for students in all public schools in California. Students are administered standardized tests in mathematics and language arts for grades K through 12.
