Classified Evaluation Forms
Yearly evaluations are due on May 15th of each year for all Classified personnel who are not on probationary status using the Classified Evaluation Form. New hired employees require a pre-evaluation within three days of hire; then a two month, four month and six month evaluation using the Classified Evaluation Form.
Please follow the New Hire Evaluation Schedule provided by Human Resources for Classified staff.
Confidential/Management evaluations are due on June 9th.
