Retirement

Coachella Valley Unified School District takes pride in offering an early retirement benefits package to its dedicated employees. After 15 years of continuous service in the District, the District will provide the health insurance benefits that an employee would receive had they continued in the District to persons retiring at age 55 or later. Monthly premiums will apply based on plan selection by retire. The District will honor the medical cap at the time of retirement, the medical cap can change on a yearly basis. Benefits will cease when an employee becomes eligible for medicare or other group health benefits.
