MODIFIED MEETING PROCEDURES DURING COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) PANDEMIC:
Under the authority of the Governor’s Executive order #N-25-29, committee members may participate via teleconference.
As per Executive Order N-29-20 from Governor Newsom, the Facilities Committee meetings will move to a virtual/teleconferencing environment using Zoom.
The purpose of the Governor’s executive order is to control the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to reduce and minimize the risk of infection by “limiting attendance at public assemblies, conferences, or other mass events.”
